Protaras Beach House 400m²

Proud to unveil our latest masterpiece. This stunning interior of a 400m ²beach house on the seafront of Protaras, Cyprus. With meticulous attention to detail and coastal inspired design it took us one year to create this dream home.We helped realize the owner’s desire to havea beautiful home to enjoy with friends and family all year round.

The interior décor is Greek and Italian inspired design with a minimalist, luxurious yet restrained palette.The floors are quality travertine and oak. The furniture chosen has elements of wood, cord and upholstered in luxurious fabrics making the house feel comfortable and chic.

Particular attention was given to the design of the fireplace and adjoiningorganic shaped bench with micro-cement finish and upholstered seat to sit and relax. Noble and natural materials were selected throughout the property which will stand the test of time. The kitchen is designed in a textured dark finish like sand. We chose comfortable stylish cord and metal designer stools for the family to enjoy working, being social while cooking and having meals. There are vignettes of more eclectic bohemian treasures and rugs sourced from the East. The bedrooms are simply designed with earth tones and layered design to create texture and a complete feeling of peace and serenity with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea.

We happily took into account the Cyprus outdoor lifestyle by seamlessly integrating the outside with the inside. Very high-end, durable and stylish outdoor furniture was selected and a bespoke table and bench with happy, colourful cushions for our client who regularly likes to entertain and dine al fresco.
